29 CFR  1910.243(a)(2)(i):Constant pressure switches or controls which would shut off the power when pressure is released were not provided on the Jarvis circular saw:  On the fabrication floor, at the rib marking station, employees were exposed to amputation hazards. Employees using the hand held electric powered Jarvis circular saw with a blade diameter greater than two inches were exposed to amputation hazards. The Jarvis circular saw was not taken out of service when the two-hand safety switch was malfunctioning. The front switch was actuated through gravity pulling the switch into the energized position
