29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:  On or about August 8, 2023, at the BMM Molding Machine, employees performed maintenance activities including, but not limited to repairing the "bend gates " on machinery and equipment such as, but not limited as the 10861 BMM Molding Machine without using machine specific energy control procedures.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy.   On or about August 8, 2023, at the BMM Molding Machine, employees performed servicing and maintenance activities including, but not limited to repairs and lubrication.  The machine specific procedures did not include specific procedural steps to control stored energy such as, but not limited to air and the draw.
