This violation was most recently observed, on or about 8/16/23, at 33 Jacklin Court Clifton, NJ, at instance a) Roof: Employee was exposed to a head injury while employees were engaged in roofing work above. The employer did not ensure that employee working below roofing work was protected by protective helmets, thus exposing employee to a struck by hazard to the head, on or about 8/16/23. The exposed employee was working from a ladder just below roofing activities were taking place.

This violation was most recently observed, on or about 8/16/23 at 33 Jacklin Court Clifton , NJ, at instance a) Residential Home (Exterior right side and front ): Employees engaged in roofing work using pneumatic nail guns were not wearing eye and face protection. The employer did not ensure that employees using pneumatic nail guns to install roofing material were provided with eye and face protection, thus exposing employees to projectile eye hazards.

This violation was most recently observed, on or about 8/16/23 at 33 Jacklin Court Clifton NJ, at instance a) Roof: Employees engaged in roofing work used an extension ladder to access the roof above the main entrance door, the ladder did not extend three feet above the roof's landing. The employer did not ensure that the side rails of extension ladders used by employee extended three feet above the roof's upper landing, thus exposing employee to a fall hazard of 20 feet.
