29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:   a)	on or about 8/17/23, on the second floor of 73-22 196th Place. Fresh Meadows, NY  Employees working on an unprotected second floor edge were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 23 ft. to the ground.  b)	on or about 8/17/23, on the frame for third floor of 73-22 196th Place. Fresh Meadows, NY  Employees working on an unprotected frame for third floor edge were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 35 ft. to the ground.
