29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) New commercial construction located at 1881 Jesse Jewell Parkway, Gainesville, GA 30501, Front side of the building: On or about 08/16/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to ejection/ fall hazards of approximately 25-feet to the lower ground level, in that the employee was not attached to the boom or basket while utilizing an aerial lift to perform framing activities.
