29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):  a) Jobsite located at 8825 Torresdale Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19136- On or about August 30, 2023, the employer failed to guard the point of operation of the Cincinnati 135 X 10Ft. Hydraulic Shear in a manner to prevent employees from having any part of their body exposed to the Shear knives when using the Hydraulic Shear to cut pieces of metal.
