OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing and struck-by hazards from motor vehicles elevated on automotive lifts:  Vehicle Garage at 76 Coburn Road, Berlin, MA: On September 14, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to crushing and struck-by hazards when using the Tuxedo TP11KC-DX two-post hydraulic automotive lift under conditions which rendered the lifted vehicle unstable.  Vehicles were raised and supported by resting the vehicle frame directly on the swing arms themselves and the swing arm restraint assemblies were not installed.
