(a) On or about September 18, 2023 and at times prior,  employees were exposed to electrocution, shock, and burn hazards when working in close proximity to exposed live 7200 volt electrical parts, while installing telecommunication lines through existing electrical conduits.  Employees were not adequately protected by de-energizing the parts, adequate insulation  or other measures.
