A): 14 Harriett Lane, Wesley Hills - NY: An employee was exposed to and fell off of a Stokes Tripod ladder while conducting tree trimming work. The employee was using the ladder on a paved driveway without the use of a Hard surface Kit on or about, September 27th, 2023.

29 CFR 1910.30(b)(1): The employer did not train each employee in the proper care, inspection, storage, and use of equipment covered by this subpart before an employee uses the equipment.   A): 14 Harriett Lane, Wesley Hills - NY: An employee utilized and fell off of a Stokes Tripod ladder while conducting tree trimming work, with a handheld pruner. The employees were not provided with effective training on the use of the Stokes tripod ladder by the employer on or about, September 27th, 2023.
