29 CFR  1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse:  a)  The employer fails to ensure effective measures to prevent struck-by, trip, and fall hazards, as demonstrated on October 03, 2023, in the back storage room, where  the boxes and merchandise were stored in an unstable manner.  To abate this hazard, the employer must  arrange the storage items in a secure and stable manner.   Dolgencorp, LLC dba Dollar General Store 7196 was previously cited for a repeat-serious violation of this  Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1535419, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 04, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 5129 Cottage Hill Road, Mobile, AL.  DG Retail, LLC dba Dollar General was previously cited for a repeat-other violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1450479, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on April 8, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1111 N Cole Street, Bushnell, IL.
