In the facility at 221 Chandler Street Worcester, MA: On and before October 3, 2023, employees working in the dental suites were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to Cavicide and Darby Surface Disinfectant and the employer did not have a current chemical inventory that cross referenced the name of the chemicals in the inventory with its corresponding safety data sheet.
