29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid:  a) At 32.09.19.4/87.48.19.4 Linden, AL; On or about October 6, 2023, while employees worked off road in rough terrain in the woods miles from a clinic or hospital, employer did not have documentation of a first aid provider available on site or nearby.
