OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to an employee, in that an employee was exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards.  80 Campfield Drive Fairfield, CT:  On or about October 11, 2023, the employer did not ensure an employee working behind a moving refuse truck was readily seen by the driver, which exposed the employee working behind the truck to struck-by/crushing hazards resulting in fatal injuries.
