29 CFR  1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye.   a) The employer did not report a hospitalization that was the result of a work-related incident that occurred on or about October 5, 2023, to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours.  The injury was reported to OSHA on October 9, 2023.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
