29 CFR 1910.244(a)(2)(iii): After the load has been raised, it shall be cribbed, blocked, or otherwise secured at once. a) Northside Pkwy NW, On or about October 5, 2023, the employer failed to ensure a transport trailer was secured with a jack stand while an employee was underneath the trailer diagnosing mechanical issues, exposing the employee to crushed-by hazards.
