29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 3293 Strazz Circle, Cottages at Foley Farms Club House, Foley, Alabama:  On or about October 17, 2023 and at times prior; the  employer allowed his Sub-contracted employees (FGS Construction, LLC) to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his sub-contracted employees to a fall hazard of up to 21 feet 4 inches to the ground below.
