NJ 08820  Two employees working from pump jack scaffold were not protected from falling off the back and sides of the scaffold,  which was missing fall protection systems. 29 CFR  1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary.  A) 97 Roxy Ave Edison, NJ 08820  Employees were working off pump jack scaffold that was not properly secured to the structure. The scaffold was only secured at the top of the pole. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approx. 12 feet.   Hazard noted on or about 10/24/23
