29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  On or about 10/27/2023 at a commercial construction jobsite located at 112 Creekside Office Drive, Wentzville, MO., employees were exposed to a struck by hazard. Employees were observed not utilizing safety eyewear while operating pneumatic nail guns.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about 10/27/23, at the commercial construction jobsite located at 112 Creekside Office Drive, Wentzville, MO., employees were exposed to a fall hazard. Employees were observed actively working from a 6/12 pitched roof approximately 14 feet above ground without utilizing fall protection.
