This was most recently documented on October 30, 2023 at a jobsite located at 4808 43rd Street, Columbus, Nebraska when employees were observed working on a commercial structure. The employees were framing while working at a height of approximately 11 feet 0 inches measured from the ground to eave without fall protection.
