OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) Third floor of metal building; worksite: On or about November 02, 2023, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that a scissor lift was lifted from a third-story metal building without the lift being attached to the fork or stabilized using manufacturer-engineered forklift lifting points.
