29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section    On or about November 7, 2023, Employees were exposed to fall hazards in approximately 18 feet height while performing masonry construction activities from a metal frame scaffold. No fall protection was being utilized.   Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
