OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that, employees were exposed to caught -in and struck-by hazards:  On or about 10/26/2023, at 34270 SW 192nd Ave, Homestead, Florida, an employee was exposed to caught-in and struck-by hazards while performing a repair on the hydraulic system of a 30C Auger attachment for a Skid Steer Tractor Model T590.
