29 CFR  1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:  Jobsite: Employees were not adequately trained, using equipment manual, on safe cutting procedures, to prevent saw kick back when cutting through concrete curb pieces.   On 11-14-23, an employee was cut by a Stihl saw, when the saw kicked back. The piece to be cut was not set up in manner as described in the equipment manual and or in a method to support the concrete piece, to minimize blade kick back.
