29 CFR  1926.451(c)(2)(iv):Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:  At the temporary jobsite located at 515 Brooklyn Ave. Beloit, KS, employee(s) were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 6 feet in that employee(s) used a custom made platform on the front end forks which was used to lift employee(s) up to conduct framing work.  The platform was not fully railed, not secured to the fork carriage, and extended beyond 10" of the wheel base exposing the employee(s) to falls at a distance greater than 6 feet.

At the temporary jobsite located at 515 Brooklyn Ave. Beloit, KS, employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employee(s) were not protected from falls while working on a custom made platform  that was not fully railed to protect the employee from falling approximately 6 feet.
