29 CFR  1910.138(a): Appropriate hand protection was not used when employee's hands were exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances; severe cuts or lacerations; severe abrasions; punctures; chemical burns; thermal burns; and harmful temperature extremes:  a) On or about November 21, 2023, at 7380 W. 20th Avenue, Hialeah, Florida, an employee was exposed to laceration hazards due to the lack of cut resistant gloves and arm guards when manually moving pieces of glass.  b) On or about November 21, 2023, at 7380 W. 20th Avenue, Hialeah, Florida, an employee was exposed to laceration hazards due to the lack of cut resistant gloves and arm guards when manually moving and placing glass panels on a glass polishing machine.
