If there was a need to access the breakers, it would delay the response to an emergency.  The Kroger Company was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.303 (g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1613884, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 11-16-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 6030 Stetson Hills Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80922.
