29 CFR 1926.352(a): When practical, objects to be welded, cut, or heated shall be moved to a designated safe location or, if the objects to be welded, cut, or heated cannot be readily moved, all movable fire hazards in the vicinity shall be taken to a safe place, or otherwise protected.  On or about November 30, 2023, at location 600 Park Avenue, Wild Rose, Wisconsin: employees were exposed to a fire hazard when flammable products were not kept at a safe distance from an open flame, resulting in an employee exposed to 3rd degree burns.

29 CFR 1926.352(c): No welding, cutting, or heating shall be done where the application of flammable paints, or the presence of other flammable compounds, or heavy dust concentrations creates a hazard.  On or about November 30, 2023, at location 600 Park Avenue, Wild Rose, Wisconsin: employees were exposed to a fire hazard when utilizing an open flame to melt ice and snow around flammable products when completing final waterproofing activities by installing gutter flange and related flashing, resulting in an employee exposed to 3rd degree burns.

On or about November 30, 2023, at location 600 Park Avenue, Wild Rose, Wisconsin: employer did not ensure that employees working with open flames had a fire extinguisher in the immediate area.
