29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii):The  point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded.  On or about December 6, 2023, and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure the extrusion blow mold machine conveyor belt was guarded to prevent employees from reaching in to stand-up or remove bottles.  Employees were exposed to being caught in the conveyor's nip points created by the belt and rollers.
