29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause them to lose balance and fall:  (a) On or about 12/04/2023 - Sorting Department area, employees were exposed to fall hazards, in that an employee climbed a GREEN BULL, 7-step, A-frame metal ladder while carrying a pry bar that weighed 9 lbs. and was 54 inches long to perform HVAC installation operations.

29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards:  (a) On or about 12/04/2023 - Sorting Department area, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards, in that ladder safety training was not provided to employees using a GREEN BULL, 7 step, A-frame metal ladder to perform HVAC installation operations.
