29 CFR  1926.602(a)(4): Brake systems for self-propelled rubber-tired off-highway equipment manufactured after January 1, 1972 did not meet the applicable minimum performance criteria set forth in the following Society of Automotive Engineers Recommended Practices SAE J237-1971 Front End Loaders and Dozers.  On or about December 11, 2023, employees at the storage area of the jobsite,  utilized a CAT 950H front-end loader without adequate braking system, while using the bucket to move equipment from a storage container.
