29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  On or about December 17, 2023, employees used chemicals such as, but not limited to, Kay Multi-Purpose Cleaner, Ecolab Retail Multi-Surface & Glass Cleaner with Peroxide, Ecolab Marketguard 121 Ultra Concentrated Chlorinated Cleaner, Fabuloso, Pine-Sol, Windex, Lysol Disinfectant Spray, Kroger Home Sense Disinfectant Spray, Goo Gone, Kroger Home Sense Lemon Multi-Surface Antibacterial Cleaner and 409.  The employees did not receive hazard communication training when transferring to new positions.
