29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  a) Facility - On or about December 21, 2023, a fire extinguisher was located in an area that was obstructed with tubes, cords, and containers blocking ready access for employees in accordance with this section.  No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1):Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  a) Facility - On or about December 21, 2023, an electrical box was observed to be obstructed by buckets, rock salt, and other items which did not provide sufficient access or working space  to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
