29 CFR 1910.29(b)(1): (1) The top edge height of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, were not 42 inches (107 cm), plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm), above the walking-working surface: a) 8500 Essington Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19153 - American Airlines International Inbound Baggage Area- On or about December 26, 2023, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards while clearing luggage jams on the conveyor, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards up to approximately 8 feet from the ground. The top edge height of the conveyor sides of IB-3-2 were less than 42 inches.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding shall be provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) 8500 Essington Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19153 - American Airlines International Inbound Baggage Area- On or about December 26, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from ingoing nip points between conveyor rollers while riding on a conveyer belt to clear luggage jams, thereby exposing employees to caught in-between hazards.
