OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to fall and caught between/crushing hazards:   a) On or about 12/29/2023, at a commercial parking lot located at 71 Perinton Parkway, Fairport NY;  An employee was exposed to falling from a wooden platform and being run over by a Freightliner salt truck. The wooden platform was constructed on the frame of the truck between the cab and the salt bin. The employee was standing on the platform while the truck was being driven in a parking lot and fell from it. He was run over by the truck.  ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
