29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a) On or about January 4, 2024, on the southern portion of the 8:12 pitch roof, employees engaged in roofing activities were not protected from a 26-foot fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system.
