29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition.  (a) On or about January 10, 2024, Exterior Building 10 North West Clinical Research: employees replacing an exterior lighting photo electric cell were exposed to a fall of approximately 19.5 feet to the concrete level below while standing on a corrugated gate that could become displaced.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
