29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and/or respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1, which is required unless the employer assesses and limits the exposure of the employee to respirable crystalline silica in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section:  124 Banair Road, Bangor Maine - The employer did not properly implement the required respiratory protection for operating a walk behind wet saw while cutting silica containing material, concrete, as specified in Table 1 in that employees were utilizing respiratory protection where facial hair came between the face and the sealing surface of the respirator.

Sitar Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1687845, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 12-12-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 615 N Plankinton Ave. Milwaukee WI.
