OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards created by the use of industrial storage racks which were not anchored to the floor: a) Jobsite, 15 Commerce Court, Bedford, PA 15522: Observed on or about January 22, 2024, industrial storage racks located in the material storage area were not anchored to the floor. The industrial storage racks were at risk of being tipped over by powered industrial trucks used to move materials on the upper levels of the racks.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Jobsite, 15 Commerce Court, Bedford, PA 15522: Observed on or about January 22, 2024, employees working with batteries which contained corrosive materials were not provided with suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes. Both 500 ml size bottles of eyewash solution on a wall mounted eyewash station were empty and unable provide not less then 0.4 gallons (1.5L) of clean water per minute continuously for at least 15 minutes.
