29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(iii)(A): Vehicles or mechanical equipment capable of having parts of their structures elevated near energized overhead lines were not operated so that a clearance of 10 feet (305 cm) was maintained:(a) On or about January 24, 2024, outside Mabee DDA multi-well pad, the employer failed to ensure the JLG telehandler operators were outside the minimum ten (10) foot clearances from the energized overhead power lines, while conducting a padflex move.

29 CFR 1910.335(b)(1): Safety signs, safety symbols, or accident prevention tags were not used where necessary to warn employees about electrical hazards which may endanger them as required by 29 CFR 1910.145. On or about January 24, 2024, outside Mabee DDA multi-well pad, the employer failed to provide adequate warning signs to alert operators of the JLG telehandler of high voltage overhead powerlines, while conducting padflex move.
