29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  a) Northside of Pallet Shop - On or about February 5, 2024, the employer did not ensure that the emergency exit route in the shop were free from obstruction. An employee was thereby exposed to injuries in the event of an emergency from materials blocking the egress route.
