29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(ii):Only authorized persons shall operate an aerial lift:  a) Worksite was located at 69 Phillips Avenue, Deal, NJ 07723  Two workers were exposed to fall hazards in excess of twenty feet as they were working on window trim from a JLG Model 600AJ Mobile Elevating Work Platform that neither  worker had been trained to operate.  Violation was observed on or about February 7, 2024.

29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a) Worksite was located at 69 Phillips Avenue, Deal, NJ 07723  Two workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately twenty feet to ground while they were doing window trim work on a third floor dormer from a JLG 600AJ Mobile Elevating Work Platform while not wearing fall protection.  Violation was observed on or about February 7, 2024.
