29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  (a) Milling Department; On or about February 14, 2024, and dates prior, machine guarding was not in place on equipment located within the gluing machine cabin on the Biesse Stream A 5.0 - Automatic Single-Sided Edgebander, exposing hazardous equipment not limited to the drive and infeed roller(s), as the cabin door was left open while the machine was running and/or energized.
