9 CFR 1917.151(g)(4):  Work rests on fixed grinding machines were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of 1/8-inch (3.18 mm) and securely clamped.  a) Refrigeration and Maintenance Shop:  On or about February 13, 2024, a standing grinder had its rest plate measured greater than 1/8" from the abrasive wheel, exposing employees to struck by and caught in hazards.
