29 CFR  1926.20(b)(1):  The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part:   On or about: February 20, 2024  Location: 120 Eagle Rock Ave., East Hanover, NJ - Suite 326  a) The employer did not implement an accident prevention plan to address the safety and health hazards found in their workplace.  An employee was electrocuted while working from an aluminum ladder installing new wires for 277 VAC lights and associated control motion sensors.

29 CFR  1926.416(a)(1):  The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work:   On or about: February 20, 2024 Location: 120 Eagle Rock Ave., East Hanover, NJ - Suite 326  a) Employees installed new wiring for 277 VAC lights and control motion sensors and did not deenergize or use insulating means.  The employees also worked from conductive ladders while working on the energized parts.
