29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(iii): Floor(s), working place(s), and passageway(s) were not kept free from protruding nails, splinters, loose boards, and unnecessary holes and opening to facilitate cleaning:  Location: Store 37429, 650 Adams Street, Quincy, MA:  The employer's extermination program was not effective to control pests in the workplace. On or about February 22, 2024, the employer's establishment had unnecessary holes, and openings which potentially created a means of ingress for pests.
