29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  On or about 02/28/2024, at a residential construction site located at 1035 Coral Reef Street, Port Saint Lucie, Florida, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet to ground level while installing a new residential roof with a 5:12 pitch without using a conventional means of fall protection.  Treasure Coast Roofing, L.L.C. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1566579, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 01/19/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 4415 Yamada St., PORT SAINT LUCIE, Florida 34953.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  On or about 02/28/2024, at a residential construction site located at 1035 Coral Reef Street, Port Saint Lucie, Florida, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet to ground level while using a ladder to egress from a roof without extending the ladder at least 3 feet beyond the upper landing surface.
