(d) Coating Mill Area - On or about March 5, 2024, audiometric test records were not maintained for a Coating Mill Lead Worker exposed to continuous noise at a dose of 144.9 % or an equivalent time-weighted average of 92.07 dBA, which is in excess of the 85 dBA Action level, during a 246-minute sampling period on 03-05-2024 while preparing metal pipes to be painted in various stages of the process.  Exposure calculations included a zero increment for the time not sampled.  (e) Coating Mill Area - On or about March 5, 2024, audiometric test records were not maintained for a Pipe Blower exposed to continuous noise at a dose of 354 % or an equivalent time-weighted average of 99.11 dBA, which is in excess of the 85 dBA Action level, during a 475-minute sampling period on 03-05-2024 while preparing metal pipes to be painted in various stages of the process. Exposure calculations included a zero increment for the time not sampled.  (f) Coating Mill Area - On or about March 5, 2024,  audiometric test records were not maintained for a Coating Mill Worker exposed to continuous noise at a dose of 327 % or an equivalent time-weighted average of 98.54 dBA, which is in excess of the 85 dBA Action level, during a 465-minute sampling period on 03-05-2024 while preparing metal pipes to be painted in various stages of the process.
