29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  (a) On or before 2/28/2024, the employer did not ensure that all service panels less than 600 volts had at least 30 inches of clearance. Stacks of new tires were stored in front of the electrical service panels in the storage area. This condition exposed employees to electric shock and fire hazards.   Bridgestone Retail Operations LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1571020, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 3/9/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 10955 E Mississippi Ave Aurora, CO 80012.  Bridgestone Retail Operations LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1575376, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 3/3/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 7980 S Broadway Littleton, CO 80122.  Bridgestone Retail Operations LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1563992, citation number 2, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 1/18/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 202 N Cascade Ave Colorado Springs, CO 80903.  Bridgestone Retail Operations LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1456241, citation number 2, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 2/21/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1244 Hwy 74 Evergreen, CO 80439.
