29 CFR  1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work:   On or about March 8, 2024, at 4606 Centerview Suite 271;  employees worked on the electrical circuit for ceiling lamps without lockout tagout procedures being implemented.

29 CFR  1926.416(a)(3): The employer began work without determining if employees could contact any part of an energized circuit and did not post warning signs and advise employees of the location of the circuit, hazards, and protective measures they need to take.   On or about March 8, 2024, at 606 Centerview Suite 271; employees worked on the installation of electrical outlets and ceiling lights without verifying if there was active electricity or posting warning signs in the work area.
