29 CFR  1926.20(b)(1):  Accident Prevention Responsibilities: It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part.  a) On or about March 4, 2024, the employer did not ensure that their Rough Terrain Forklift training program utilized for skid steer operators, covered not exiting the skid steer with an elevated load.  As a result, an employee was exposed to crush-by and pinch point hazards while operating a Bobcat T550 skid steer with a self-dumping trash hopper attached.
